Note: In order to complete your application, Boraam Industries will require copies of the following documents:
- Business License or other proof of Federal Tax ID Number
- Reseller Permit/License
- Sales Tax Exemption Form
In addition:
- Boraam Industries may request banking, business and credit information prior to setup of an account.
- Credit terms are conditional upon review of supplied information.
- All wholesale orders are subject to a minimum purchase amount of $1000.
- At this time, we are unable to setup accounts or process shipments outside of the United States of America.
All sales are subject to our sales agreement.
