International Logistics Manager, Procurement

Essential Functions:

•  Assist with international procurement and production schedule with production factories in China and Vietnam.
  • Coordinate with overseas factories and logistics carriers to schedule shipments to warehouses in U.S.
  • Manage international logistics and import processes and procedures including documentation.
  • Coordinate with sales & marketing team and manage inventory balance among distribution centers based on sales trends.
  • Perform quality control audits of inventory to improve product marketability.
  • Develop and implement action plans with international supply teams and production facilities based on quality control audit result.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field
• 1 year experience involved in sales or distribution logistics in the furniture industry using SQL, Python and ERP.
